This recreation complex had a series of floods that "were not supposed to happen" based on existing elevation data.
We built an elevation map of the risk and surrounding relevant region (right image) - As it turns out, the risk was now effectively in a flood plain due to recent construction and nature having moved enough earth since the existing maps had been created.
This property had a extreme likelihood of a flood loss, zero of which being figured for in premium.
Even the best actuaries in the world can't make good decisions with bad data.
